Planning an antique shopping trip?
Going antique shopping is one of my favorite ways to find home decor. I am always inspired by what I find. Sometimes I go mindlessly wandering around the store, but usually I have an exact list of items I am looking for. A lot of times these items have been inspired from spaces I have seen that week online. Sometimes, these items come from things I am needing. Either way, I usually go into the antique shop looking for certain home decor items.
What you can be looking for at the antique shop
Spoiler alert! A lot of items at antique shops are actually from thrift stores. People go hunting and if they find good items they buy them and sell them for way more money at the antique shop. I am happy to pay more sometimes because the antique dealer has already done all of the hard work for me. So, here is my recent list of items I am looking for. You can look for them at either the antique store or the thrift store.

This is my current list of items I am looking for from the antique shop. I am always on the hunt for these items. I love adding antiques into my decor. Mixing it in with my new pieces gives it the perfect feel for my style. I love the farmhouse cottage style. I am always looking to add character into my home. Using antiques to fill my home I feel like just gives it such a cozy home feel which is my favorite. I love going antique shopping, and I love seeing what others are finding.
