You guys know I love a good thrift haul! I am so glad the thrift stores are open again, it has been so fun to go “treasure hunting” again and find lots of new home decor. I recently found these three matching antique chairs. I was captivated by the dark wood with this vintage blue flower print. I have them here in our bedroom as our footstool right now. I did have one of them in our office space, that you can see here.
I have been on the hunt for art. I just love how it can go in any room. It seems so simple, too and I love that look. This landscape print here really caught my eye, it has that farmhousey-vibe. I thought it would be fun to style it in this tobacco basket to add a layered touch. I put it in our newly refinished kitchen, that I will link here.
I found this Arhaus cabinet at the thrift store for $25 I seriously couldn’t believe it. It has a very yellowish-whiteish paint so I spruced it up with a beautiful Ashwanganda grayish-white color from Fusion Mineral paint, it fits perfect here in my office. I love that these white shutters fit perfectly on top of it. I actually found the shutters from the facebook marketplace.
Like I mentioned earlier, I have been on the hunt for art. As-well as looking for neutral artwork I have also been looking for floral prints. I love how floral prints add such a subtle color in a neutral color scheme. I found this matching set that I put on top of my DIY Open Shelving. I was inspired to put them here because the frame on the prints matches my antique chandeliers here!
Up on the top right shelf I found two more brown pitchers to add to my collection. This collection started with my mom found two of the smaller pitchers and gave them to me. So, I love that this collection makes me think of my mom. Collections are so fun to have! I love grouping my collections on our shelving. The two pitchers on the right are the new ones. Here on the shelves I also recently found the clear pedestal glass set. I also found the glass cake stand on the top left. I couldn’t believe I found a plate stand that still has the lid on it and neither piece has a scratch or dent.
Oh my lands you guys! Who doesn’t love charcuterie boards right now? I know I do. My new obsession is using floral platters to serve the food. They add the perfect vintage feeling, and I just think they are so pretty! The floral pattern makes any setting feel like you are going on a fancy picnic or something.
