Gingerbread Mix
Is there anything better than holiday baking with family? It is one of my favorite Christmas activities to do during the Christmas season. This year my mom invited my sister and I to come over with our kiddos and have a baking party. We did it early December and it just set off the Holiday season the best way! It really brought that Christmas spirit to life. We had so much fun laughing and chatting while we baked. Then, of course we enjoyed our works reward. I ended up making some yummy oat bars, and some chocolate drizzled Christmas trees on pretzels.
Gingerbread Aprons
What set off our baking day was our new aprons from my friend Diane who loves grain sacks and burlap and has a very successful etsy shop, that I will link here. She sent me two aprons so Amelia and I can match, which we love! She also sent me a matching Gingerbread Mix tea towel that matches our aprons, a one of a kind stocking, and a santa bag!
Special Moments While Baking
I am learning more and more through life that creating special moments where you have time to be with family is the most important part of life. Special moments are what make life so sweet.
